I’m Cathy Fairrweather owner and baker of Cathy’s House of bread, I am Honduran, I was born and raised in a small city in the north of Honduras, I come from an island and homey family where I grew up and learned our family culture, which is to prepare delicious food and desserts, taking it from generation to generation.
I started this adventure during the pandemic, my children wanted and missed our traditional desserts so I started creating breads and desserts that were delicious, did not contain so much sugar, and that they could enjoy!!
Now I’m known for offering the traditional bread of Honduras accommodated with the American style and at the same time more healthy than the regular ones in the market , using recipes inherited from my grandmother, mother, and myself, I’m happy to be able to give a bit of my culture in a piece of bread.
